FAQ
How does the 14-day free trial work?
When you sign up, you get access to all the Professional plan features except for creating new businesses and managing listing sites other than Google Business Profile. You can create one automation and one report, but creating multiple ones requires an upgrade. No credit card is needed to start your trial.
What happens after my free trial ends?
If you don’t upgrade to the Professional plan, you’ll be automatically moved to the Free plan. All your data in Zoho Publish will stay safe, but you’ll have limited access to features.
Do I get support on the Free plan?
Yes, we provide 24/5 email support to all users irrespective of the plan. Reach out anytime from Monday to Friday at support@zohopublish.com.
Can I cancel my subscription to Zoho Publish at any time?
Yes, you can. Zoho Publish is a pay-as-you-go service, so you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. There are no long-term contracts.
Will I lose my data if I cancel my Zoho Publish subscription?
No, your data will stay intact. You’ll move to the Free plan, where certain features—such as creating new automations and generating reports (you can still view existing ones)—will be restricted. Your online presence on listing sites other than Google Business Profile will be removed and marked as unclaimed.
Is Zoho Publish available as a part of Zoho One?
Yes, but with limited capabilities. By default, you can manage one business location, with the option to purchase add-ons for additional locations. The standalone version lets you manage multiple locations with access to all features.
Important: If you access Zoho Publish as a standalone, you won’t be able to access it through Zoho One.
To access Zoho Publish on Zoho One:
- 1. Login to your Zoho One account.
- 2. Click on the Directory on the left panel.
- 3. Click on the Organization tab in the Directory.
- 4. Under the Work Location tab, you will see your existing location added to the screen.
Note: If no business location exists, you can create a new one or connect an existing Google Business Profile.
- 5. Click on the hamburger icon (:) and click Publish.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We also accept payment via bank transfer or check transfer for yearly subscriptions. For further details, please contact sales@zohocorp.com.
How does my billing cycle work?
Your billing cycle starts on the date you subscribe to Zoho Publish. For example, if you subscribe on the 20th of the month, your next billing date will be the 20th of the following month, 30 days after you sign up.
Does the purchased license apply only to active users? What happens when a user becomes inactive?
The subscription is based on the number of business locations, not the number of users. There’s no limit to how many users you can manage, whether they’re active or inactive.
