Challenges faced before Zoho Projects
We have used some enterprise project management tools for large projects. We were looking for a simple cloud based Project Tracking, Time Tracking and Bug Tracking tool having a shorter learning curve, which was easy to maintain, that could be made available to our team at multiple locations. Zoho Projects was a fit into all our requirements.

How we use Zoho Projects
We use Zoho Projects to create Project Plans using Tasks and Milestones, use Timesheet extensively for tracking resource efficiency and the IssueTracker module to log bugs. We also use Zoho for improving project communication via document sharing and were impressed with its ability to manage documents which we did not anticipate at the time we started using it.

Zoho Projects has proved to be most efficient cloud based project tracking and bug tracking tool for us. We are benefited by its availability on cloud which enables our managers to access it even when travelling for keeping a track on their resources and project timelines.
