How do I enroll in the Partner Program?
You can fill out the form with the necessary details about your business. One of our team members will review the application and onboard you once your business is qualified for the respective channel program.
How long will the review take, and when will I receive the access details?
We generally respond to applications within 24 hours. You can also reach out to our partner team at partnership@zohoworkplace.com to check the status.
Does it cost anything?
No, there are no enrollment fees for the partner program. However, certain partner programs will require paid training and certifications.
How do I get started once I’m enrolled in the Partner Program?
The partner-registered email address will receive a welcome email that includes the necessary details like store links, logos, and resources/guides to get started with the respective partner program.
Can I add customers and set up the domain account on behalf of my customers?
Yes, as workplace resellers or partners, you’ll get access to the respective store and portal to manage and administer your customer accounts.
Can I administer the customer account?
Yes, once you have mail control panel (MCP) access to the customer, you can access the admin console and administer the account.
How do I manage the customers once I get access?
You can manage all of your customers using your Zoho Partner Store.
Do we have access to the APIs?
Yes, as a reseller/partner, you’ll have access to the APIs.
Does it have support for the web host manager complete solution (WHMCS) platform?
Yes, Zoho Mail offers the plugin for WHMCS, which you can download from the WHMCS marketplace. Click here for the instructions.
Do we have sign-up codes options?
Yes, you can use the embedded sign-up code options that you can link on your website and email campaigns. Click here to learn more.
How can I activate and manage the subscriptions?
You can manage your customers subscriptions using your partner store (store.zoho.com).
What are the payment options?
Zoho Store accepts credit cards, Apple Wallet, and PayPal (optional) for our partners to purchase subscriptions.
How does billing work?
As a reseller/partner, you can manage subscriptions on your customers’ behalf, where you’ll get billed from Zoho at the reseller discounted price because you’ll be billing the customer from your end.
Who cannot join this program?
If you’re already part of the affiliate program or any other channel program for the Zoho Workplace bundle, then you will not be able to join the Workplace partnership program. If you have any questions or doubts, please write to us at partnership@zohoworkplace.com
What Zoho Apps are we allowed to sell?
Workplace Partner Programs only allow Workplace and associated apps to be sold. You can reach out to the Partner Team to learn more about extending your services to other apps.
