Added approval workflow in iOS for secondary technicians

As an extra layer of security, secondary technicians who are joining the session with an invite from the host (the primary technician) will now be allowed to join the session only after the host approves their join request. This workflow is currently enabled for the iOS app.

Added an "Invite technician" option for mobile users

Technicians who have initiated a remote assistance session from the Lens mobile app can now invite other technicians or guest technicians to their session using the Invite technician option on their console. This option has been enabled on the Android app.

Added an "End session" option in the Session tab

Admins and technicians can end idle sessions directly from the Session tab in their organization portal without having to search through multiple tabs in their browser.

Enabled files download for multi-org users

Enhancements

Admins who have multiple organization portals on one account can seamlessly download recordings, notes, chats, or snapshots of any session from the portal of their choice.

Added organization name to invitation mail
