In the new Zoho Expense, you have access to three different views—My View, Admin View, and Setup View.
My View your creation hub: employees can autoscan receipts, create expense reports and trip requests, and submit them for approval. Approvers can find the requests submitted to them here. Access the new My Settings module, where you can configure preferences like traveler information, delegate out-of-office approvers, and set default values for expenses and trip fields.
Admin view is where admins can go to get a better understanding of expense reporting in the organization. You can get a bird's-eye view of spending from the dashboard; view reports, trips, and purchase requests for the whole organization; manage corporate cards; and run analytic reports.
Setup view is a one-stop shop for your settings. We have consolidated all of your settings—organization, users and control, customization, automation, and data administration—under a single umbrella for better accessibility.

Finding it difficult to track business purchases and expenses? Let us make it easy for you. The all-new Zoho Expense lets you create a requisition process including purchase requests and custom multi-level approvals to make sure every purchase is properly validated.
Gain control of your expenses
Our new AI-driven fraud detection engine helps you audit expenses for duplicates or fraudulent activity. You can also create budgets for individual expense categories to ensure employees don't overspend.

With the all-new Zoho Expense, you can customize everything to a T. Customize the creation layouts (or even make individual layouts based on categories or travel types), create custom buttons and links, automate tasks with custom functions, and even create your own modules.
