At Greenlight Group, we were using Expensify as our expense reimbursement software for certain sections of employees. However, with growing geographical spread and the resultant rise in employee count, the Group needed a unified expense reimbursement tool. We needed convenient software that would be easy for our staff across different countries to understand. We had initially implemented Expensify across the Group, but gradually realised that it was not cost effective. We are a small sales company, and we have 12 employees out in the field. We were excited when we discovered Expensify—it made expense reporting a lot easier. The possibility of snapping pictures of receipts and assembling them into an expense report was a welcome novelty. Try @ZohoExpense. Have used them extensively both personally as well as for my startup. They are economical compared to others & having the app is a boost.
Zoho Expense has done an excellent job making their software more efficient and intuitive. It is as simple as taking a snap shot of your receipt, hitting upload and filling in the details. Whether you do that on your mobile device or upload invoices right from your computer, it's so simple that anyone can do it. In our case, we have two organizations - Zoho Expense has made it very simple to switch between one and the other. Zoho Expense is always adding new features to make the process even better. The admin can customize the app to fit their organization - the customizations are endless. When it comes to submitting reports to our accountant, it just takes one click, and it's done. After trying several expense report apps, I highly recommend Zoho Expense.

Established in 1975, IFFCO is an international group that manufactures and market a well-integrated range of mass-market food products, related derivatives, intermediates and services. With its business spread across 33 countries, it was a challenge to manage employee spend and expense reporting across our multiple office locations with disparate solutions. For the first time in 7 years, I might not have to file an extension on my taxes thanks to Zoho Expense app.
I believe, the most convenient feature for our employees is the easy-to-use mobile version of the tool. You click a picture of the bill you just spent on, select the relevant expense head and hit submit. Additionally, scanned copies of bills/ receipts, expenses, approvals, comments are now available in one report which forms the basis for any reimbursement claim posted to our accounting software.

One of my responsibilities is to oversee the AP function, and expense reporting is by far one of the most tedious aspects. Zoho Expense helps alleviate a bit of that headache with their online and mobile app platforms that allow users to upload and submit information electronically. Moreover, Zoho Expense has the capability to export their information in far more detailed fashions than other desktop and mobile applications including AMEX and Citi. I also like the approver and reminder functionality the app enables for the management team. For example, we can set a reminder for the user when something is un-expensed after a period of time. Then they expense it and the approver is reminded when something is "unapproved."

Just filed an expense report using @zoho. Took me all of 10 minutes. Forward receipt to email, auto scan, select a category and add a description and submit. SO MUCH BETTER than the hours, and multiple page instructions and multiple tries and resets it took to expense in NetSuite
In the past, I spent a ton of time chasing down our company credit card users because they often did not provide me with the receipt or even notation of their spending, so when the statement came, I had no idea which budget areas to pay the invoice from. Now, they each have a Zoho Expense account to track their spending in, and since getting the receipts into the account is so easy, and they can see their own bank feeds, it is working tickety-boo! Zoho Expense has been easy to learn as I navigated through our first month of live data right alongside our users. Sometimes I wasn't sure of the answer to their questions, but was able to find out or give things a try to see what would work best for us. I am not tech-savvy in the least, and many of my users are much less so, but we've gotten a handle on our expense management in only a few weeks.
