With this in mind, Zoho Sites has crafted its pre-defined templates with persuasive form designs to capture the website visitor's data. They have a specific functionality "Form Data" to access the data derived from the Forms.

Here's where it got tricky - They found it challenging to demonstrate tons of collected information in a tabular format (Rows & Columns). These are hot leads that no one wants to miss out on, nor spend time surfing through sheet by sheet to match up information in a single line to avoid data mismatch. The Solution

Upon finalizing on DataGrid, they incorporated the DataGrid's bundle into their source code and it proved to be the perfect fit for its need of utilising the captured data effectively.

Managing even tons of data is now effortless with DataGrid's Virtual Rendering capability, with this Zoho Sites can handle large data sets on the grid and still experience seamless performance without compromising on security.

The pagination feature allows the user to split their records on the grid into different pages. The user simply selects the page count from the drop-down list to split the records into pages. Also, Sorting the data helps to align the data in ascending (a-> z) or descending (z->a) fashion, sorting is as easy as selecting the up or down toggle button from the Column header. The row-highlighter feature of DataGrid makes it convenient to select a single or multiple rows by just hovering the mouse over them.

The Select All feature supports even If Zoho Sites have tons of records, and the user wishes to perform a quick task in one go rather than individually choosing them, this component saves a lot of time and efforts involved in data handling.

Column Resize allows to resize a column according to the requirements, the user can increase or decrease the column's width to view the data conveniently.

Zoho Sites has become highly flexible, enabling users to create a Form involving a grid with minimal effort. Rather than creating a new solution themselves, Zoho Sites incorporated DataGrid into their code, saving significant development and testing time.
