TKM adopted Zoho Connect as a unified platform to streamline communication across corporate and frontline employees. Important announcements, policy changes, and company-wide broadcasts are now accessible to all, including frontline workers via mobile devices.

To enhance efficiency, TKM built a grievance redressal system using Connect’s custom applications module, allowing frontline employees to quickly report issues like uniform tears or equipment needs. The centralized dashboard centralises access to pay slips, attendance, and shift schedules, simplifying navigation for employees. Engagement activities like talent shows and gaining feedback after training strengthen community spirit. Zoho Connect was fully customised as "Toyota Mithra," with mobile apps rebranded to align with the Toyota brand and promote quick adoption.

Grievances were quickly resolved, and many employees now feel heard and included. Aligning with Toyota's principles of continuous improvement and respect, TKM is enhancing its employee experience and is exploring the extension of Zoho Connect to other branches to maintain this positive impact.
