Disable Battery Optimization

To disable battery optimization in Samsung devices running Android 11 and below:

1. Go to Settings on your phone and tap Apps.
   
2. In the list that opens, search and tap Zoho Expense.
   
3. In the App info page, tap Battery.
   
4. Tap Optimise battery usage.
   
5. On the page that opens, disable the toggle button next to Zoho Expense.

Once this is done, Zoho Expense will be excluded from battery optimization and can have undisrupted access to your location even when it is running in the background.

Samsung Devices running Android version - 12 and above

Disable Battery Optimization

To disable battery optimization for android devices running Android 12 and above:

1. Go to Settings on your phone and tap Apps.
   
2. In the list that opens, tap Zoho Expense.
   
3. In the App info page, tap Battery.
   
4. Select Unrestricted.
   

Once this is done, Zoho Expense will be excluded from battery optimization and can have undisrupted access to your location even when it is running in the background.
