Integrating Zoho Subscriptions with Microsoft Office 365
Several organizations use Office 365 to run their day-to-day operations. Importing your contacts and employee information into Zoho Subscriptions from Office 365 is quick and easy.
With Zoho Subscriptions - Office 365 integration, you can:

Requisites
- Make sure that you have an Office 365 account.
- The email address associated with this account must be same as the one used to log into your Zoho Subscriptions account. Have a different email address?
Setting up the Integration
To associate your office 365 account with Zoho Subscriptions,
- Log into your Office 365 account.
- Click on the apps icon on the top-left corner and click on View all my apps.
- Click on the Store icon and search for Zoho Subscriptions in the search box.
- From the result, click on Zoho Subscriptions and click Add.
- Now, Zoho Subscriptions will be added to your list of apps.
- You will now be taken to the Setup Organization page where you can enter your organizational details.
Inviting Users from Office 365
Once your Organization is created in Zoho Subscriptions with Office 365, you can directly invite employees in Office 365 to Zoho Subscriptions.
To invite users from Office 365,
- Log into your Zoho Subscriptions account.
- Click on the Gear icon and select Users.
- In the Users page, click on the Invite Office 365 User button.
- In the pop-up window that appears, select the user from your office 365 account using Choose email from Office 365 field, enter a name and the role for the user.
- Click Invite to invite the user.
Importing Customers from Office 365
With Zoho Subscriptions - Office 365 integration, you can import all your customers from office 365 in one go.
To import customers from your Office 365 account,
- Log into your Zoho Subscriptions account.
- Click on the Customers tab on the left sidebar.
- Click on the Hamburger icon on the top-right corner and click on Import Office 365 Customers.
- Select the customers which you would like to import using the Add button, and click on Continue.
- In the following Map Fields page, you can map matching input fields between your Office 365 and Zoho Subscriptions account.
- Once done, click Import to import all the selected customers.
Note: When you integrate with Office 365, the following details will be shared with them.
- Organization Name
- Email Address
- Username
- Address
- Country
