  • Can I try Zoho Apptics for free?

    Yes. Zoho Apptics offers a FREE plan. However, if you are an organization with a large user base, we would recommend our PRO plan.

  • What is an Error?

    Errors are any exceptions that happen within your app. Errors include both handled and unhandled exceptions. Errors are automatically captured by Apptics SDK.

  • What is Engagement?

    Definition of engagement varies from vendor to vendor. For Zoho Apptics, Events, Screens, APIs, and Remote Logger are considered as engagement.

  • What happens once I exhaust my token limit?

    You will be notified before your token limit is exhausted. If you are using the FREE plan, you will be asked to move to the PRO plan. If you are already a Pro user, you will have to purchase token add-on as per your usage/requirement.

  • What is a Project in Zoho Apptics?

    A project is a container for similar apps in different platforms. Example, Zylker project in Zoho Apptics should contain iOS, Android, Windows variations of the app. For the FREE plan, you can create a single project with upto 10 application ids. For the PRO plan, you can create upto 5 projects and 20 application ids. There is a Project add-on available for the PRO plan.

  • What is an application id?

    A package name or a bundle id are the unique identifiers for your app across Android, iOS, Windows. This unique id identifies your app on a device and in the marketplace (Stores).

  • Do I need to provide my credit card details for the trial?

    No. You don't have to share your credit card details for trial.

  • Can I upgrade my plan as my app gets more users?

    Yes, you can do that anytime you like. Your plan will be upgraded as soon as you opt for it. In case you downgrade your plan, it will be processed at the end of the billing cycle.

  • Will I have access to the data even if I downgrade my plan?

    Of course, you will be able to access the data only for the past 30 days after you downgrade your plan. However, you wouldn't be able to access the historical data which is not a part of your plan.

  • Is my app's data safe?

    Zoho Apptics is a pro-privacy solution that offers the best in class security for your app's data. At Zoho, we take data security very seriously. That's why we have been audited for industry standards certifications such as ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, ISO 27701 and compliance with the SOC 2 Type II. We also comply with HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. We have also taken steps to implement appropriate administrative, technical & physical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, use, modification, disclosure or destruction of customer information.   • What happens to my data if I cancel my Apptics account?

    In case you cancel your account, we will retain your data for 90 days if you’re in the trial period, 6 months if you're in the Forever free plan, and 12 months if you're in the Pro plan.
