Employee onboarding, continuous learning, and performance tracking in Zoho People

In this session, you'll be introduced to a few of Zoho People's features that will enhance employee engagement at your organization. Learn how onboarding flows can be created to walk employees through submitting required documents, being introduced to their team, and getting enrolled in mandatory training courses. Then, we'll discuss how the LMS tool can be used to host self-paced and blended learning courses for continous learning. Finally, we'll dive into the Performance module to understand how review processes can be created to improve overall company performance and strengthen professional relationships.
