We’re thrilled to announce the Mermaid extension in Zoho Writer—a handy tool for creating visually engaging documents. With this extension, you can effortlessly embed flowcharts, diagrams, and more directly into your documents.

Create diagrams together with your team, whether you're working on a flowchart or a Gantt chart. Team members can comment, suggest edits, and collaborate in real time.

The Mermaid extension allows you to insert the following diagrams directly into your Zoho Writer documents:
 

Flowchart
Use a flowchart to visualize your employee onboarding steps or customer service workflows.
 

Sequence diagram
Document an e-commerce order fulfillment process from customer order to shipping.
 

Class diagram
