Promotional Credits

Usage

Promotional Credits can be used exclusively for the purchase of Zoho Services, subject to the terms and conditions set forth by Zoho. Promotional Credits are available for use by both existing and new Zoho users.

Promotional Credits may be used by new users for the purchase of any Zoho Services. Existing users may use the Promotional Credits for purchase of a new Zoho Service or for upgrading their current subscription. Similarly, existing Zoho One users may use the Promotional Credits to purchase Zoho Services that are not part of Zoho One.

Limitations

• Promotional Credits are not applicable for and cannot be used for the following:
  • renewal of current subscriptions,
  • purchase of add-ons,
  • purchase of mobile applications of Zoho Services,
  • purchase of third party applications available for subscription within Zoho Services,
  • purchase of support services such as paid support and training on Zoho Services, or
  • transition from monthly subscription to annual subscription.
  • purchase of Zoho One: Existing users are not eligible to use Promotional Credits for purchasing Zoho One.
• In case the Promotional Credits are used for purchasing monthly subscriptions of Zoho Services, the Promotional Credits can be used only for a maximum of two (02) monthly subscriptions i.e initial purchase and one subsequent renewal, provided the user has not updated the payment method for billing.
• For annual subscriptions, Promotional Credits can be applied to cover up to 50% of the invoice total, with a maximum cap of USD 200 or its equivalent in the user's billing currency. This limitation also applies to monthly subscriptions if the Promotional Credits are used for the purchase of cloud based ManageEngine Products.
• In the event of an account cancellation or downgrade initiated by the customer during the subscription period, unused Promotional Credits shall automatically lapse.
• Promotional Credits are subject to a pre-determined expiry date. Upon expiration, unused Promotional Credits will lapse and cannot be re-instated.

Start up Credits

Start-up Credits are provided to qualified Start-ups. The qualification criteria for Start-up Credits will vary from region to region, as determined by Zoho.

Usage

Subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by Zoho, Start-ups can use the Start-up Credits to purchase any Zoho Services including Zoho One.

Limitations

• Start-up Credits cannot be used for purchasing mobile applications of Zoho Services, third party applications available within Zoho Services, or for purchasing support services such as paid support and training on Zoho Services.
• In the event of an account cancellation or downgrade initiated by the customer during the subscription period, unused Start-up Credits shall automatically lapse.
• Start-up Credits are subject to a pre-determined expiry date. Upon expiration, unused Start-up Credits will lapse and cannot be re-instated.

Referral Credits

Usage

Referral Credits are available for use by both existing and new Zoho users. Referral Credits can be used for purchase of a new Zoho Service or for renewal of a current subscription plan.

Limitations

• Referral Credits cannot be used for purchasing mobile applications of Zoho Services, third party applications available within Zoho Services, or for purchasing support services such as paid support and training on Zoho Services.
• For annual subscriptions, Referral Credits can be applied to cover up to 50% of the invoice total, with a maximum cap of USD 200 or its equivalent in the user's billing currency.
• In the event of an account cancellation or downgrade initiated by the customer during the subscription period, unused Referral Credits shall automatically lapse.
• Referral Credits are subject to a pre-determined expiry date. Upon expiration, unused Referral Credits will lapse and cannot be re-instated.

Special Credits

Special Credits are exclusively intended for the designated users for whom they were allocated. For details regarding the usage and the limitations applicable to the use of Special Credits, please refer to the terms and conditions applicable to the respective program or campaign.

Transfer of Wallet Credits

Wallet Credits can be transferred between users provided they are within the same organization, sharing the same domain name and data centre. However, transfer of wallet credits is restricted and cannot be extended to users from a different organization or users within the same organisation but in different data centres. To request a transfer, please send an email to wallet@zohocorp.com, specifying the details of the transfer, including the sender's and recipient's Zoho account information.

Violation

You are prohibited from using the Wallet Credits in violation of the Wallet Credit Terms. In the event Zoho suspects or detects any misuse or non-compliance, Zoho reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including forfeiture of the Wallet Credits made available to You.

Limitation of Liability

Zoho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from Your use or inability to use the Wallet Credits, even if Zoho has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You are solely responsible for any claims from third parties, including tax authorities, arising from Your use of the Wallet Credits.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Wallet Credit Terms shall be settled and adjudicated exclusively by the courts of Chennai in accordance with the laws of India without regard to conflict of law principles.

Modification

Zoho reserves the right to modify the Wallet Credit Terms. Modifications to the Wallet Credits Terms are effective upon Your use of Wallet Credits subsequent to publication of the revised terms or notification of such modification.
