Step 1
Login or Sign Up
If you're an existing Zoho user, simply log in to your Zoho account. If you're new to Zoho, sign up for any product of your choice at zoho.com
Step 2
Monitor Your Credits
Gain detailed insights into your wallet credits by visiting the Credit Dashboard under the "Credits Info" tab.
Step 3
Using Zoho Wallet Credits
For New app purchase: Choose your desired Zoho product, click on the “Upgrade” option available on the home screen, and access the subscription page to complete the upgrade.
For Edition upgrade : Navigate to the subscription page of your current Zoho product, select the higher edition you would like to upgrade to, and proceed with the upgrade process.

Apply Wallet Credits
On the subscription page, ensure you enable the "Use my existing wallet credits" checkbox to apply the eligible credits before checkout.

I am new to Zoho. Am I eligible to use the credits for any Zoho app purchase?
Do all the credits have an expiration date?
Can these credits be encashed?
Can the customer use the available promotional wallet credit for the purchase of Zoho One?
Any exception for the usage of credits?
Will credits be given to existing / new customers with discounted pricing (beyond the standard card rate) when they sign up for an annual pricing at the time of renewal?
