The IDC SaaSPath is a global survey covering 13 countries and approximately 2,000 organizations of all sizes. It asks customers to rate their vendors on more than 30 different customer satisfaction metrics in vendor-related, product-usage, and product implementation categories.
At Zoho, we work hard to retain the love and trust given to us by over 60 million users globally. We are glad to see this hard work recognized with Zoho Subscriptions' scores, which were significantly higher than the overall average vendor scores across all parameters. In the categories for superior features/functionality and high availability/uptime, our scores knocked our competitors right out of the park.
