The Challenge

In recent times, Blue Tyga has strategically expanded its operations in India, recognizing the immense potential and growing consumer base in the country. With growth comes challenges in day-to-day operations, especially accounting and inventory management problems. The company wanted to resolve their ongoing issues, like inadequate inventory tracking. This issue led to lesser visibility on the stock across multiple holding locations, which, in turn, reduced the overall customer experience for the company.

As the number of stock locations and warehouses increased with the increasing customer base, the reporting and stock reconciliation problems started growing, too. Tracking missing inventory and finding the traceability of inventory was the key to unlocking the accountability of goods and faster inventory reconciliation.

An increase of sales channels online and offline resulted in a spike in the number of orders being handled along with the complexity of tracking these orders. The brand also integrated an advanced accounting system, Zoho Books, with Zoho Inventory. This helped the data from different sales channel transactions in Zoho Inventory flow seamlessly to Zoho Books, making accounting effortless.
