How do I filter the plan limit exceeded receipts and re-upload them for Autoscan?

You can filter the plan limit exceeded receipts and re-upload them for autoscan the next day by following the steps below:

  1. Open the Zoho Expense iOS application.

  2. Tap the Hamburger icon in the top left corner and tap Expenses.

  3. Tap the Filtered by option at the bottom of the page and tap Scan Failed Receipts.

  4. Tap Select at the bottom right corner and tap the receipts that you want to re-upload.

  5. Tap Retry Autoscan.

The selected receipts will be re-uploaded for autoscan.
