Disable Battery Optimization

To disable battery optimization in OnePlus devices running Android 11 and below:

1. Go to Settings on your phone and tap Apps.
   
2. In the list that opens, search and tap Zoho Expense.
   
3. In the App info page, tap Battery.
   
4. Select the Don’t optimize option and exclude Zoho Expense from battery optimization.
   

Once this is done, Zoho Expense can have undisrupted access to your location even when it is running in the background.

OnePlus Devices running Android version - 12 and above

Disable Battery Optimization

To disable battery optimization for android devices running Android 12 and above:

1. Go to Settings on your phone and tap Battery.
   
2. On the page that opens, tap Advanced settings.
   
3. Tap Optimize battery use.
   
4. In the list that opens, tap Zoho Expense and select Don’t optimize.
   

Once this is done, Zoho Expense can have undisrupted access to your location even when it is running in the background.
