How do I customise fields displayed on the expense creation page based on expense category?
You can use Page Layouts to customize the fields displayed on the expense creation page based on expense category. Hereโs how:
- Click Admin View on the left sidebar.
- Go to Settings on the left sidebar.

Click Settings in the top right corner of the page. - Select Modules under Customization.
- Click Expenses and go to the Page Layouts tab.
- Create a new page layout by clicking + New Page Layout.
- On the page that opens, select the required Categories.
- Enable or Disable the fields based on your requirement.
- Click Save.
