Zoho Subscriptions - Zoho Cliq Integration
Zoho Cliq is a chat application that helps you stay connected and collaborate with teams at your workplace. With Zoho Subscriptions and Zoho Cliq integration, you will receive notifications related to subscriptions and its payments.
The notifications will be pushed to the Zoho Cliq channel mentioned while setting up the integration.

Setup
To setup Zoho Subscriptions - Zoho Cliq integration, follow the steps mentioned below:
- Navigate to Gear icon > More Settings > Integrations > Zoho Apps.
- Click the Configure button adjacent to Zoho Cliq, to connect your Zoho Subscriptions organization with Zoho Cliq.
- In the popup that follows, select the Cliq Channel through which you would like to receive notifications.
- Click Configure to finish the setup.
Note: When you integrate with Zoho Cliq, your Cliq channel, login credentials and your customers’ details will be shared with Cliq.
Notifications
Once you’ve setup the integration, you will receive following notifications in the Cliq channel.
1. New Subscription
You will receive notifications for new subscriptions via Hosted Payment Pages.
2. New Subscription Failure
You will receive notifications for any unsuccessful attempts while subscribing to your service via Hosted Payment Pages.
3. Invoice Payment Success
You will receive notifications for payments received through Secure Payment Page and Customer Portal.
4. Invoice Payment Failure
You will receive notifications for unsuccessful payment attempts by the customers via Secure Payment Page and Customer Portal.
5. New Card Added via Request Payment Method:
You will receive notifications when a new card is added by the customer via Request Payment Method.
6. Error while adding Card via Request Payment Method:
You will receive notifications when an error occurs while your customer attempts to add a new card via Request Payment Method.
7. New Bank Account Added via Request Payment Method:
You will receive notifications when a new bank account is added by the customer via Request Payment Method.
8. Error while adding Bank Account via Request Payment Method:
You will receive notifications when an error occurs while your customer attempts to add a new bank account via Request Payment Method.
9. New Rating from Customer Portal:
You will receive a notification when your customer rates and reviews your service in Customer Portal.
10. New Comment For the Review from Customer Portal
You will receive a notification when your customers add a new comment to their review in Customer Portal.
Disabling Integration
To disable the integration, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Gear icon > More Settings > Integrations > Zoho Apps.
- Click the Deactivate button adjacent to Zoho Cliq to disable the integration.
