Hello, I'm Zara, I have some questions regarding the challenges when it comes to efficiency, salary payments, data security and benefits administration when it comes to processing payroll.

I'm responsible for remitting taxes to the government, but I don't have the time. Can I delegate this responsibility to someone else who is not an employee in my organisation, so I can maximize my productivity?

I want to keep track of all the loans we have on record. Is there a way to easily locate specific loans and be more efficient in the process?

I want to ensure that our payroll calculations accurately reflect employee expenses, including vehicle and driver perquisites. How can I track these expenses?

I use HSBC as my preferred banking service for my business. Is there a way to directly deposit my employees’ salaries into their accounts, using my HSBC corporate account?

Some employees are struggling to submit their proof of investments on time. Is there a way to track who still needs to do this and remind them? So we can process payroll on time?

I need to understand employee declarations and investments better. Are there reports that provide this information?
