End User Terms for Instant Bank Account Verification
and Risk Assessment

AS PART OF ZOHO CORPORATION’S (“ZOHO”, “US” OR “WE”) UNDERWRITING AND RISK ASSESSMENT PROCESS, WE MAY REQUIRE YOU TO PROVIDE US WITH CERTAIN INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR BANK ACCOUNT DESIGNATED FOR RECEIVING SETTLEMENTS FROM ZOHO PAYMENTS ("SETTLEMENT ACCOUNT"). WE HAVE INTEGRATED WITH STRIPE FINANCIAL CONNECTIONS (“STRIPE SERVICES”) TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A FACILITY TO SHARE YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION WITH ZOHO USING STRIPE SERVICES (“FACILITY”). BY USING THE FACILITY, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO THESE END USER TERMS ("TERMS"). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, DO NOT PROCEED OR USE THE FACILITY.

• In order to avail the Facility, you may be required by Stripe to submit the banking credentials of your Settlement Account. Any information that you provide to Stripe or that is collected in connection with your use of Stripe Services will be processed by Stripe according to its privacy policy.
• You understand and agree that Zoho is not liable for any loss or damage that you may suffer arising from or in connection with (i) your use of Stripe Services; and (ii) Stripe's processing of your banking credentials and other information.
• By using the Facility, you authorize Zoho to periodically collect your bank account number, routing number, account ownership information, account balance, and transaction history of your Settlement Account ("Account Information") from Stripe.
• You acknowledge and agree that Zoho will use your Account Information to (i) verify ownership of Settlement Account; (ii) evaluate credit risk, fraud risk and other associated risks for Zoho in providing Zoho Payments services; (iii) facilitate settlement of funds to your Settlement Account; and (iv) exercise Zoho's rights under Zoho Payments - Terms of Service.
• You may discontinue your use of the Facility at any time by sending an e-mail to support@zohopay.com. In such event, we will stop collecting any further Account Information from Stripe. However, any information collected prior to such discontinuation may be retained and processed by Zoho for purposes such as (i) facilitate settlement of funds to your Settlement Account; (ii) to detect and prevent fraud; (iii) to prevent abuse; (iv) in connection with legal claims or proceedings; (v) to enforce our rights under the Zoho Payments - Terms of Service; or (vi) to comply with other legal obligations.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Facility at any time, without any prior notice.
