How do I manually close a sales order?

It is not possible to close a sales order manually. The sales order will be closed automatically if you convert or link it to an invoice.

Note: If you have enabled the Inventory Add-on in Zoho Books, the sales order will be closed based on the preferences you have chosen in General Preferences.
