Why am I unable to access the employee portal?
You may not be able to access your employee self-service portal due to any of the following reasons:
- You may not have accepted the invite sent to your email by your payroll admin
- Your Zoho account may not be activated. To verify this, go to accounts.zoho.com/accounts.zoho.in and try logging in with your credentials. If page loads, then the Zoho account for that email is active.
- You are no longer a part of the organisation and your access has been revoked by the payroll admin.
