Payment Methods
This section lists all the payment methods supported, the processing fee for each payment method and its status.
At the moment, Zoho Payments supports payment collection via cards, UPI, and net banking only. Payments can be collected only within India and in INR. The transaction processing fee for each payment depends on the payment method, and an 18% GST is applicable on the transaction processing fee.
UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
Your customers will be able to pay you using a UPI app of their choice. Customers can generate a UPI QR and scan it or enter their UPI ID to make the payment on their app.

Note: A transaction processing fee of 2% is applicable for UPI payments linked with RuPay credit cards.
Cards
Zoho Payments supports payments from the following card networks:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- RuPay
The payments can be received only using cards issued in India.

Net Banking
Allow your customers to make transfers directly from their bank accounts in India.
