Why am I not able to change my business type?

The business type you choose while setting up your account determines the details and documents we collect to verify your Zoho Payments account. Since these documents vary based on the chosen business type, they cannot be changed after verification.

However, If your business type changes after onboarding, you can contact our support, and we will enable the option to update your business type. Once updated you’ll be required to submit the necessary documents for verification.
