How do I delete my account?

Currently, it’s not possible to completely delete Zoho Payments, as it is integrated with your Zoho Finance application. However, you can disable it, here’s how you can do that:

• Go to Settings in your Zoho Finance organization (Zoho Books, Zoho Invoice, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Billing, or Zoho Checkout organization).
• Go to Customer Payments under Online Payments.
• Click Edit Settings next to Zoho Payments.
• Select Disable.

Your Zoho Payments account will be disabled now. If you wish to enable it again, you can do so from the settings page of your Zoho Finance app.
