I’m not able to save the GSTR 3B return in the GST portal. What should I do?

You will not be able to save the form in the GST portal if you have not answered all the relevant questions before pushing them to the portal. However, you can verify the related questions in the portal again to push the data to the GST portal. To verify the questions in the GST portal:

• Access the www.gst.gov.in and click the Services tab next to the dashboard.
• Click the Returns tab and select Return Dashboard.
• Select the Financial Year & Return Filing Period and click Search.
• In the form GSTR 3B section, click Prepare Online.

You will be able to view answer all the relevant questions that are applicable to you.
