Branding your Extension
To make it easier for users to identify your work, you may want to brand your extension before publishing it in the CRM marketplace.
You can brand your extension by doing the following:
Upload a Logo
Helps users recognize your products by uploading a unique logo for your Extension.
To upload your logo
- In Zoho Developer console home page, click Build Extensions for Zoho CRM in the left pane.
- In the Extensions for Zoho CRM page, click Edit next to the extension you'd like to modify.
- Click Branding in the left pane and Logo from the dropdown that appears.
- In the Logo page, click Choose File.
A window will appear displaying the image files on your local hard drive. Browse and upload the appropriate image. - Click Save.
Note
- The image that you upload, should ideally be of the size 120*120.
- The image should be in any one of the following formats: .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .gif
Add Contact Information
To provide a clear and cohesive customer experience, you may want to have a single common address from which you send welcome emails, support emails, etc. to your customers. Specify this email address and it will be used in the "from address" of all automated emails that you send.
To add contact information
- In Zoho Developer console home page, click Build Extensions for Zoho CRM in the left pane.
- In the Extensions for Zoho CRM page, click Edit next to the extension you'd like to modify.
- Click Branding in the left pane and Contact Info from the dropdown that appears.
- Enter the email address of your organization in the text box labelled Support Email Address.
- Click Save.
