Generational diversity is prominent in today's workforce. Workplaces house five different generations: the Silent Generation, the Baby Boomers, Gen X, Gen Y, and Gen Z employees. The Silent Generation are few in number and are not active in all sectors. The rest four contribute to a diverse and interesting work environment with their unique strengths, limitations, and perspectives.
