Zoho CRM - Easy Editing with AJAX

Say you have to enter data for a new lead. You fill web forms for entering the lead details. As the follow-up proceeds, you may need to update a few fields. In traditional web-based CRM applications, users have to open up a page, edit, and save the complete form, which can be cumbersome, time consuming & not-too-pleasant to work with. Zoho CRM, like the other Zoho services uses AJAX for such updations. The update is field based thereby avoiding the whole page getting reloaded, bringing the feel of a desktop based application.
