  • In Cliq's developer platform, the call handler allows you to customize how a bot responds to various user call states/events, such as offline, missed, rejected, ringing, or answered. You can easily define specific bot actions based on these events to tailor its behavior accordingly.

  • To trigger a bot call, we use the Cliq REST API to send a voice alert to specific users via bot.

  • Use action buttons with clear, intuitive icons tailored to specific use cases and user interfaces. Please copy and paste the icon ID into your code to render them.

  • Need support with call management? We've got you covered! Navigate to History > Direct Calls to track, review, and manage all your bot calls. With detailed transcripts, recordings, and actionable buttons, you’ll have everything you need to stay organized and in control.

Whether it's about saving the day in an emergency or nudging your team to stay on track, bots are on standby to ensure that nothing slips under the radar. 

Note: To mute call alerts from a bot, simply head to Bots & Tools, select the bot you'd like to mute, and toggle it off. This cannot be done if it's been mandated by the admin for super critical events.

Are you tired of missing deadlines, forgetting appointments, tracking reports, or letting tasks slip through the cracks? Fortunately, Cliq's schedulers have gotten a supercharged upgrade. No more sticky notes on your monitor screens or alarms going off at awkward moments.

  • Significant updates are in the recurring period of a scheduler, which defines the frequency at which the scheduler must repeat. 

  • Customize a scheduler by selecting how often it runs with the repeats every option, whether at daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly intervals, ensuring the scheduler automatically triggers for consistent execution without manual effort. 

  • Set the time of execution to hit precisely and reliably in your time zone. Do you want it to stop after a few runs? Use the ends setting to wrap things up after a specific date or number of executions. 

With these upgrades, your workload will be lined up better than the office coffee machine during peak hours.
