We have been using Bigin since July 2020. I think this CRM is ideal for small- to medium-sized businesses. It is not overloaded with unusual features. They have kept it relatively simple, which means you can get up and operating very quickly. You can personalize field names and add custom fields, which makes the system more user-friendly. I have used a number of CRM systems, and I reviewed others before deciding on Bigin, which is easy to use—meaning you can very quickly become productive. Overall, I am very happy with this CRM.

My company has been using the Zoho One suite of tools for many years. Recently, we had a need for a simplified CRM as we launched a new division of the company. I already had a ton of automation for Zoho CRM but wanted to build new workflows for a separate pipeline, which I wanted to keep independent from CRM. So, I turned to Bigin. There are lots of tutorials and explainers available online and on YouTube to ensure this was the right small business CRM for my needs. I must have talked to the support staff at Zoho 500 times, and they answered all of my questions. They even helped me configure things directly in my system so that I could get everything to work the way I needed it to. The staff at Zoho has magic hands. Since I've been using Bigin, I am learning more and more on my own. I am building automations and integrating Zoho Voice. Bigin may be a simplified CRM, but it is super powerful, and there hasn't been anything that I needed to do that couldn't be done on Bigin so far. It is so easy for my team to keep track of items in the pipeline, and we don't even miss a beat anymore. Thank you Bigin, for providing such a powerful and simplified CRM.

As a consultant, I don't have a high sales volume that requires a full CRM. But I do need to track deals, as the sales cycles are long and complicated. Bigin offers an affordable and fully-featured platform that integrates wonderfully with my Zoho environment. The sales guys love the simplicity, particularly the sales funnel tracking. We use 5 pipelines with different stages and we can train our outside sales people to use them within minutes. We concurrently use Zoho CRM Plus, Salesiq and Desk to pass timely marketing data to our sales people.
