What is the maximum number of files and the maximum size of each file that I can upload for transactions, the customer portal, signature, and the organization logo?

You can upload a maximum of 3 files in each module.

The maximum file size supported in each section are:

• Importing Files - 25 MB
• Customer Payment - 10 MB
• Customer Portal - 10 MB
• Organization Logo - 1 MB
• Signature - 5 MB
• Others - 10 MB
