About Rhopoint Instruments
Rhopoint Instruments is a UK-based manufacturer of test instruments for measuring appearance quality. We sell our products through a network of authorised distributors and have subsidiaries in the USA and Germany.
Challenges faced
As a manufacturer, we generate a significant amount of material that needs to be shared across our end users and extensive distribution network. Marketing documentation, in particular, has been the most prolific user of space within our cloud storage environment.
Graphic design is an outsourced function, and we had several challenges associated with it. One of the primary issues was the inability to share folders seamlessly with our external design team due to restrictive permissions.

Our graphic designers are added as client users on Zoho Projects and WorkDrive, which has transformed the way we collaborate with them. Client users are external users added to our team's WorkDrive account with limited roles and permissions. Using this feature, we're able to share all relevant files and folders easily.

I absolutely love WorkDrive, especially TrueSync (desktop file synchronization app)! We can collaborate on materials using comments and mark-ups more efficiently than we did previously with comments in Adobe Acrobat. Zoho WorkDrive is one of the great apps within the Zoho one environment.
