Steps to configure single sign-on for Liquidplanner
- Log into Zoho Vault as an administrator.
- Navigate to Apps > Manage Apps > Add Supported App.
- Search for and select Liquidplanner.
- Enter the company ID in the Application Settings page and click Next.
- Copy the Zoho Vault details from the screen or download the details as a metadata file by clicking the Download MetaData File option.
- Click Next.
- Select users to have single sign-on permissions for Liquidplanner. You can revoke user access at any time.
- Click Save.
Liquidplanner configuration steps
- Log into Liquidplanner as an administrator.
- Click the User Profile picture that appears on the top-right corner of the screen and select Settings.
- In the left-hand navigation, select Single Sign On Configuration.
- Select Configuration.
- Paste the Login URL, Logout URL, and IdP certificate, copied from the Zoho Vault IdP details page.
- Click Save.
- Go to Enable SSO.
- Change the radio button from No to Yes to enable SSO for your workspace.
- Click Save.
- Other settings:
- If you want all the workspace members to be able to use SSO at the same moment, select Yes for Enable SSO for All Members.
- If you want all the new workspace members to be automatically configured with SSO, select Yes for Enable SSO for All New Members by Default.
- To move one member or a group of members into SSO Enabled, select them from the SSO Disabled box and use the >> arrows to move them to SSO Enabled. You can also move all members at once with the Move All => button.
11. Click Save.
