Can I add an organization as my contact?

Yes, admins can add an organization as a contact. Hereโ€™s how:

  • Click Admin View on the left sidebar.
  • Go to Settings on the left sidebar.
    (OR)
    Click Settings in the top right corner of the page.
  • Select Modules under Customization.
  • Click Customers.
  • Click + New Customer in the top right corner of the page.
  • Add the organizationโ€™s name in the Contact Display Name.
  • The Contact Name, Email Address, and Contact Number will be that of the primary contact of the organization.
  • Enter other necessary details.
  • Click Save.
