By using the Free Tool you agree that

1. You will use the Free Tool only for your personal purposes.
2. You will not use the Free Tool to impersonate any individual or entity.
3. You will not create a load on Zoho's servers or abuse Zoho's bandwidth.
4. You will not use the Tool for spamming, phishing or any similar activity.
5. You will not interfere with or disrupt the provisioning of the Free Tool.
6. You will use the Free Tool within the provided domains (under zoho.com). Usage under an unauthorized domain directly or embedded in iframe is not allowed.
7. APIs or any building blocks of the tools should not be misused to build any custom applications or products.
8. Usage of the Free Tool is allowed only for human interaction. It is not allowed to be programmatically invoked via scripts.
9. Usage of the Free Tool will be rate limited based on nominal usage. Usage exceeding the limit will be blocked.

Modification of Terms.

Zoho reserves the right to modify the Terms. Modifications to the Terms are effective upon your use of the Free Tool subsequent to publication of such modification.
