How do I check if my customer has viewed the quote that I’ve sent them?
Prerequisites: Before you can check if your customer has viewed a quote, you will have to:
- Enable Customer Portal for your organization and enable portal access to your customers. Read our help document on customer portal to learn how to enable customer portal for your customers.
- Enable Email Insights for your organization. Read our help document on Emails to learn how to enable email insights for your organization.
To see the quotes that your customers viewed:
- Go to Sales on the left sidebar and select Quotes.
- Click All Quotes at the top and select the Customer Viewed.
The Eye icon will be displayed next to the quote number in the quotes List page if your customer viewed the quote from their portal. The Open Mail icon will be displayed next to the quote number in the quotes List page if your customer views the quote from the email that you sent.
Also, you can see the date and time your when customer viewed the quote by selecting the quote that your customer viewed by hovering the cursor over the Eye or Open Mail icon.
