How do I resolve an integration service error when I integrate my WhatsApp Business Account with Zoho Books?

If you face an integration service error while trying to connect your WhatsApp Business Account with Zoho Books, it could be because the account was previously linked to a different Business Service Provider (BSP). Also, using a different currency with that BSP can cause conflicts when connecting your business account to the Zoho BSP.

To resolve this issue, you must create a new WhatsApp Business Account to ensure proper integration with Zoho Books.
