I have three organizations under a parent organization. Will I be able to create individual organizations and monitor their activities in one place?

You can create multiple organizations in Zoho Books and switch between them whenever necessary. But, you cannot monitor the activities of all the organizations in a one place. The feature is currently not available in Zoho Books.
