How many contact persons can I add to a customer?
You can add up to 100 contact persons for a particular customer in Zoho Books. To add contact persons:
- Go to the Sales module on the left sidebar and select Customers.
- Select the customer for whom you want to add contact persons.
- Click Edit.
- In the Contact Persons tab, click + Add Contact Person and enter their details.
- Click Save.
Pro Tip: You can add up to 500 contact persons for a customer if you have synced the contact persons from Zoho CRM.
