How to Enable Email Genie in Gmail Client?

In the Gmail mobile client, enter your email address and then tap on the Manual Setup.

Note: Use your SalesIQ account email address and password to configure.

If you have disabled IMAP for your Gmail account, then enable before configuring Email Genie. How to enable IMAP in Gmail account?

Then, choose "Personal (IMAP)" account type.

The Incoming Server Setting appear, provide the Username and password and in the Server field, enter "salesiq.zoho.com" and tap Next.

The Outgoing Server Settings appear, provide the Username and password and in the Server field, enter "salesiq.zoho.com" and tap Next.

In the Account options, choose the email sync frequency and other details and tap Next.

Finally, enter your display name and tap Next. Email genie is now enabled. You can now receive your business emails on the Gmail Client.​
