2014—The beginning

Zoho SalesIQ was started with live chat to help businesses provide better customer support.

2015—Enhanced lead scoring

We introduced lead scoring and customer behavior analytics, helping businesses prioritize high-value leads based on their website activity.

2016—Mobile-first

We launched our mobile SDK, Mobilisten, helping businesses engage with customers.

2017—Multichannel engagement

Zoho SalesIQ integrated email, social media, and telephony, allowing businesses to interact with their customers across different platforms.

2018—AI-powered assistance

We automated responses and provided self-service options with Zobot, Zoho's first AI-driven bot.

2019—Deep integrations

We strengthened our integrations with other Zoho products, offering a unified platform for customer interaction and management.

2020—The COVID-19 shift

We focused on remote customer engagement solutions, improved remote support, and overhauled Mobilisten for enhanced in-app support during the pandemic.
