What should I do if my customers or vendors invoke the right to access or right to rectification of their data?

Your customers and vendors can view and update their data by visiting the Customer Portal or the Vendor Portal respectively.

If you have not enabled the Customer Portal and the Vendor Portal for your customers and vendors, refer to our help document to enable the Customer Portal and the Vendor Portal.
