Can I create a bill manually from a recurring bill?

Yes. You can create a bill manually from a recurring bill. Here’s how:

  • Go to Purchases on the left sidebar and select Recurring Bills.
  • Select the recurring bill from which you need to create a bill.
  • In the details page, click Create Bill at the top right corner and click OK for confirmation in the popup that follows.
  • Enter the bill number in the Bill# field. You can make changes in the item quantity and also add items if needed.
  • Once you’ve entered the details, click Save as Open to proceed.

You’ll be able to track this bill under the same recurring bill’s profile.
