What is eNPS?
An employee net promoter score measures the likelihood that your employees will recommend your organization to their friends or family as a great place to work. Unlike other surveys where results can vary widely between employees or teams, eNPS puts a concrete number to employee satisfaction at your organization.
eNPS measures potential recommendations on a scale of 0-10, with 0 being least likely to recommend and 10 being extremely likely.
