When can I release my refund reserve?
You have full control over these funds so that you can add and release them back into your balance anytime. The released amount will be available for payout based on your next payout schedule.
To release funds:
- Go to the Dashboard and navigate to the Payout Overview section.
- Click View Details near Account Balance.
- Scroll down to the Refund Reserve section.
- Click Release.
- Enter the amount in the following pop-up and click Confirm.
Insight: You can also click Release All Reserves in case you need to release the reserved funds for other purposes.
The funds will be made available for payout.
