Zoho Integrates Zoho Invoice, Zoho Creator Helpdesk with Google Apps

PLEASANTON, Calif.-- Zoho today announced that Zoho Invoice and Zoho Creator Helpdesk have been integrated with Google Apps and are now available in the Google Apps Marketplace™. Zoho Creator Helpdesk is also available in the Zoho Marketplace, the company's online store for ready-to-use business applications built with Zoho Creator online database software.

Zoho Expands Its Google Apps Integration
The latest Zoho applications to be integrated with Google Apps and offered in the Google Apps Marketplace include:
- Zoho Invoice – Zoho's online invoice generation and tracking application, Zoho Invoice helps organizations send invoices for projects and customer expenses, receive payments and track the overall health of their business quickly and efficiently.
- Zoho Creator Helpdesk – Zoho's fully customizable online helpdesk and customer support application, Zoho Creator Helpdesk lets Google App users manage all their support requests coming in from email, support websites or web forms.
By integrating Zoho Invoice and Zoho Creator Helpdesk with Google Apps, Zoho lets users automatically sign in to the Zoho applications with their existing Google Apps credentials. In addition, the Zoho applications will be listed in Google's universal navigation. The Zoho Invoice application gadgets can be embedded in relevant Google applications, such as Gmail™, iGoogle™ and Google Sites™.
Inside Zoho Invoice
Zoho Invoice makes invoicing for companies simple and coordinated from a single centralized place using Google Apps ID. Users do not need to remember multiple passwords and toggle between different systems to get their invoicing data.
- User Management – Companies can add users from their Google Apps account to their Zoho Invoice account
- Manage Invoice Notification Emails – From a single place, companies can manage email notifications related to invoicing processes
- Contact Management – Companies can import and get access to Gmail contacts from within Zoho Invoice
Inside Zoho Creator Helpdesk
Zoho Creator Helpdesk lets companies capture and track customer questions, issues and requests. Customers can submit requests via web form, email and mobile. Other highlights include:

Pricing and Availability
Zoho Invoice and Zoho Creator Helpdesk are available immediately. Zoho Invoice is free for up to five invoices per month, and paid plans start at $8 per month. Zoho Creator Helpdesk is free for two technicians, with paid plans for three technicians starting at $15 per month.
